Triaminic Flowing Vapors Portable Fan - Product Review and Giveaway (Ends November 6)

I don't know about you other mothers out there, but it seems like my two little ones are always sick. If its not a cold it's at least a stuffy nose. That's even with my being a stay at home mother. It was much worse when I was working and my children were attending the local daycare. Something I've come to realize is that no matter if my kids stay home with me or if they're in daycare or school, they're bound to come down with something eventually. When my one of my kids are congested I used to put a humidifier in his room at night. These machines are somewhat affective but can be a hassle and take up alot of space.

Awhile back when my youngest son was about 4 or 5 months old, he came down with an upper respiratory and 2 ear infections. Poor thing couldn't breath. There's not any real meds available for babies that young. Really the only other thing you can do is put saline drops in their nose and suck it out with a booger sucker. My baby hates that!I went shopping in hopes of finding something to help him feel better. I came across Triaminic Flowing Vapors Portable Fan. This thing is great for babies 3 months or older. It's a wonderful product to use at home or on the go. It's very small, so fits easily into your overnight bag. Requires no outlet, so can be used anything. Everything you need is included in the box. It comes with fan, batteries, 1 cartridge, and 3 mentholated cherry pads. Each pad is good for 8 hours of non-medicated soothing comfort for your child.

The only down-side I've noticed is, it's a hard product to find. I just happened to stumble across it at a discount store. This product usually costs 5 - 10 dollars and can be found on Amazon.com and Ebay. Refill packs include 5 vapor Fan refills and 1 cartridge.

After originally writing a review about this product on September 19th, I decided I'd like to help introduce my readers to this product by hosting a giveaway. Giveaway will include 2 Triaminic Flowing Vapors Portable Fans (each fan includes 3 refills) and 3 boxes of refills (5 in each box). That's a total of 21 refills!
